Incresing of single-person households and its influence

Such tendency is caused by decresing of marriage, incresing of divorce , and moving of people who originally inhabited rural area.
This tendency will influence our industry, goverment policy, and etc. for example, Industry aiming single-person households will be emerged.
    -----------------------------------------------
Almost one in four households in Seoul consisted of just one person last year, the city’s census found Thursday.

Single-person households jumped from 4.5 percent in 1980 to 23.8 percent in 2010, according to the Seoul Metropolitan Government.

Their number increased more than 10-fold between 1980 and 2010, while the total population of Seoul nearly doubled in the same period.

2.GNP to Tackle Japan’s Claim over Dok-do; The ruling party said Saturday that it plans to hold an emergency meeting with the government early next week to discuss how to tackle Japan's repeated territorial claims over Korea's easternmost islets of Dokdo.
3.When we look at the Korean’s generosity for the devastating Japan’s quake-hit sites, the Japanese claim over Dokdo Island just makes people mad. The territorial claim is the one of the most debated issue between Korea and Japan. There could be main 2 results as the GNP meeting finishes; 1. Korea Government decides to take strong action against the claims or 2. The result will be ineffective and take no action towards Japanese. Since president Lee took over the office, the Korea have been avoiding debates concerning Dokdo. However, this time, it is inevitable to avoid such an issue. Korea have been raising funds for Japanese and sent help.
This time, I would want my country to step up and take strong actions towards those claims.

South Koreans are even more angered by the development as it comes amid them donating money and supplies as well as giving support to the Japanese people, who have been suffering from the devastating quake and ensuing tsunami on March 11.

    2. Although KOSPI point peaked at April 1st, it can increase more.

    3. Because of Japanese nuclear disaster, foreigners who want to invest to East-Asia invest to Korea, instead of Japan. And investors whoa already invested in Japan will want leave Japan, and want to invest to Korea. So, we can expect many forein capital will come to Korea.
And major companys' performences can be another factor. Many researchers anticipated Korean major companys' performences would peak in this 2nd quater. So, many investors will want to buy Korean major companys' stock. As a result, it can increase KOSPI point.

지난주 코스피가 사상 최고치를 돌파했습니다. 외국인의 매수세와 더불어 2분기 실적에 대한 기대감 등으로 코스피가 또 다시 사상 최고치를 넘을 것이란 전망이 우세합니다

It says KOSPI point can increase more.

    2. The number of students who failed a college-entrance exam and has been cramming to try again is increasing.

    3. More and more people tend to repeat their study for CSAT. Because people want to get in the famous colleges, they study several years more to get higher grade which is enough to get in the famous colleges. In my opinion, in the following year, it will be more difficult to senior students to enter the college because there will be too many repeaters.

    Green energy, Go for 100%

These days, we more care about environment than development. The conception of environment has changed from human’s resources for industrial development to human’s coexistent. And the price of fossil fuels has increasing rapidly. By these reasons, green energy industries get a chance to extend their territory.

I think green energy will cover all the consumption of fossil fuels. It’s expensive at first then it’s not going to make you pay for the any resource, maybe a little pay. So, in a long term, green energy will have more reasonable price. (also harmless to environment)

Despite of high price of eco-friendly products, people buy them because they do care about environment. And I am certainly sure that the green energy will going to be alternative of the fossil fuels in 50 years. Because we don’t have that much fossil fuel and if the price of oil keeps going up, consumers will rather buy cheaper one, the green energy.

------------------------------------------------Green energy investment seeing strong rise, says WEF

Global investment in clean energy projects saw a big rise last year and is poised for further strong growth, a report suggests.
Investment topped $243bn (£152bn) in 2010, a rise of 30% on the $186bn spent a year earlier, the World Economic Forum (WEF) said.
It added that more clean energy sources could now compete with fossil fuels.
Higher energy prices were also likely to increase demand for clean energy, WEF said.

2.Pro-Japanese investigating law should be more specific to be judged fairly.

3.Nowadays, one of the most debating issues is investigating Pro-Japanese. Since 1949, the investigating Pro-Japanese law has been started, but still its on-going issue. What this law saying is punishing Pro-Japanese by taking the land or wealth. However, there should be something more specific. Just taking their wealth and donating to the government is not punishing them. It’s just revenging. Otherwise, the law of investigating Pro-Japanese would be never done properly. Also, there is no specific range dividing who is Pro-Japanese and who is not. This issue has been on the top for 50years and to finish this, there should be more specification.

    2. Literally changing the traditional style of living.

    3. Try to answer a question "What is boring?". Well, we can find few answers for that. Some say "Only boring person gets bored" while others say "Doing a thing that you don't like to do is boring" or "Math class is boring" or "Statistics class is boring as hell". In my perspective of life, I think there is no boring thing as bad as living a same lifestyle for your whole life. Specially living in an exact same traditional environment can make you feel like you don't even exist in where you are.
Humans are land animals; therefore, we have to live on the land and have been building shelters and homes on the land ever since. But in this modern life as an appriciation to the super human brain with its inspiring thoughts, we are able to build whatever house we want on the water and actually live our life in the house we built on the water! Imagine every morning you wake up and there is a big window wall that you can see the whole sea throught it and feel the sense of calmness as the water surrenders you slowly with sunshine. How about that? For me, that is something different and something "Preferable" lifestyle. Take little swim fellas! :D

"Through most of float home history, and in many parts of the world, living afloat has been associated with affordable housing. Today, living aboard a float home is a clear lifestyle choice made by people in all walks of life.
Float home owners are often envied by their land-loving cousins. With no lawns to mow, no fences to paint, they enjoy more leisure time. Float home owners can be observed on their decks in the sunset, enjoying the tranquility of the water and their uncomplicated lives. As free-spirited individuals, they pursue a wide and exciting range of activities. Yet a shared philosophy brings them together as a cohesive community in the special places they have chosen."

Korean Mobile App Helps Connect People After Quake.

Development of communications technology gives us to convenience of daily life.
Specially, improvement of mobile phone enables us to connect each other easily.
Recently, mobile phone has been upgraded to smart phone which has applications that give us every available facility. And this application of smart phone plays a huge role in Japanese earthquake.
As devastating earthquake hit Japan, voice networks were impossible.
But one application called Kakao talk of smart phone, the best means of communication, facilitates connection between each others.
Power of Kakao talk suggests that we will be able to make contact with others without difficulty when natural disasters or situations (voice networks can not be possible) are taking place. We can easily communicate others through the development of communications technology.
It is an example which shows that we live in global village.

    ______________________________________________________________

With voice networks overwhelmed and many unable to complete calls, a South Korean mobile instant-messaging application called Kakao Talk helped connect people. Like short-message service, or SMS, text communications, Kakao Talk sends text messages via mobile handsets. Unlike SMS, users don’t need a specific messaging contract, and don’t get charged for usage. The messages are sent over third-generation and WiFi networks.
